  • Reason 1: Too many superstars on the pitch - like Haaland from Manchester City and Salah from Liverpool
  • Reason 2: Fierce competition among powerhouse teams (Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, and more).
  • Reason 3: Teams are super balanced - it's hard to predict who will win.
  • Reason 4: So many historic clubs with deep legacy, like Aston Villa, founded way back in 1874.
  • Reason 5: The game tempo is fast! no wasting time, no boring build-ups.

Why isn’t Messi playing Premier League?

Messi grew up in Barcelona, dominated La Liga for 20 years (2004-2021), and snagged 10 La Liga titles! He never vibed with the Premier League—Barca’s his true home, no doubt!

Plus, he’s all about that American soccer life! Since 2023, he’s been killing it with Inter Miami in MLS, hooked on the comfy lifestyle and chill league pace!

Why isn’t Cristiano Ronaldo playing in the Premier League?

Ronaldo created many legends at Manchester United in the Premier League from 2003-2009, winning 3 Premier League titles!

He’s not in the Premier League now for three main reasons:

  • After returning to Manchester United in 2021-2022, he felt the tactics didn’t match.
  • He wanted to play comfortably, but the Premier League’s fast pace was too much.
  • Saudi offered a massive contract, and he happily headed to the desert to play!

Why isn’t Mbappé playing in the Premier League?

The main reasons are: Real Madrid offered a jaw-dropping contract, and Paris couldn’t stop him; plus, he idolizes Zinedine Zidane and wants to craft his own legend at the Bernabeu.

Though the Premier League boasts powerhouses like Manchester City and Liverpool, Mbappé feels La Liga suits his style better. With Real’s global clout, the Premier League feels more like a “backup plan” to him!
